Isaiah had prophesied centuries earlier that the Messiah would suffer for the sins of His people.
Those prophecies were fulfilled through Jesus’ death on the cross.

The Bible teaches that every person has sinned against God.
Because God is perfectly holy, sin separates humanity from Him.
Jesus came to solve that problem.
Rather than leaving us under condemnation, He took our punishment upon Himself.
