Eternal life is one of the greatest promises found in the Bible.
Through Jesus Christ, God offers:

- victory over death

Eternal life is not simply living forever.
Every person will exist forever.
The Bible teaches that eternal life is knowing God through Jesus Christ and living with Him forever in His presence (John 17:3; John 14:2–3; Revelation 21:3–4).

Romans 6:23 says:
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Because Jesus died for our sins and rose again, everyone who believes in Him can receive eternal life.

John 14:6 says:

John 17:3 says:

Death Is Not the End
For believers, physical death is not the end of the story.
Because Jesus conquered death through His resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:54–57; Revelation 1:17–18), Christians have the assurance that they will live with Him forever.
This hope provides comfort during times of grief and gives confidence when facing the future.
Eternal Life Is God’s Gift of Grace
The Bible repeatedly teaches that salvation is received by grace through faith.
No one can earn eternal life by trying to be good enough.
Ephesians 2:8–9 says:
